Service Calls
2nd Wind provides superior service on all
brands of central heating and air conditioning products. Our service technicians have the ability to service and
repair natural gas, propane, oil, electric, and heat
pump systems. Once we have completed the diagnosis, the
technician will quote a flat rate for the needed
repairs. Our flat rate charge is based on a regional
average that takes into account how long the repair
should take and what is a fair charge for the services
rendered. We have found that our customers are much more
comfortable with this than with an open-ended time and
materials method used by many of our competitors.

Maintenance Agreements
Residential Maintenance Agreements are a
great value for our customers. Our agreement
consists of a 3 visit maintenance program that
services both the heating and cooling 3 times per year
to bring your systems up to the 2nd Wind operating
standard. Our energy-saving Residential
Maintenance Agreement entitles you to automatic
inclusion into our
VIP Program, priority scheduling on all service calls, a
15% discount on all repairs, and many other benefits. We'll even wash and wax your
unit each year!

FREE Replacement Estimates
When you find yourself faced with replacing
your unit and need advice on which product to choose or
just need a second opinion, 2nd Wind can help. Our
consultants are highly trained to stay up to date on the
latest technology and name brand features. They can
review the options for you and enable you to make an educated
and informed decision in selecting the product that best meets your
needs. If it is time to replace your old inefficient

Real Estate Inspections
2nd Wind technicians will check the heating
and cooling cycle of all existing equipment. It is not
our intent to cost the seller additional expense in
unnecessary repairs, but we must at all costs, protect
the purchaser from purchasing unsound or problematic
heating and air conditioning equipment. We will strive
to perform this function with the professionalism and
diplomacy required to minimize inconvenience and
financial burden. However, it is 2nd Wind's professional
responsibility to thoroughly check the equipment and
render a completely unbiased opinion. |

2nd Wind professionally guarantees our technician's
workmanship and stands behind our customers.
We carry a
1 year parts and labor warranty on any service
repair.
Additionally, we also guarantee a diagnostic made
by our technician for a period of 30 days.
This means that if you have had a 2nd Wind
technician out to your home for a problem and have
an additional problem on the same system within 30
days, then the diagnostic charge is waived.
