Air Conditioner (AC) Service

Air conditioner service is the process of inspecting and repairing your AC unit so it performs effectively while remaining energy efficient. Air conditioning units provide cool air and air flow to your home during those hot summer days, so it is imperative to make sure there are no surprises when it is time for use. Common air conditioning problems are water leakage, AC not cooling, and the AC making too much noise. These problems can be prevented through routine air conditioner maintenance.

Why Do I Need To Service My AC System?

All manufactures and extended labor warranties require proof of annual maintenance for warranty parts and/or labor coverage.

What Does AC Service Entail?

Air filter and fin cleaning: Air filter replacement or cleaning: During the AC service our HVAC expert will replace/clean the filter(s) to ensure that no dirt or grime will prevent your unit from performing efficiently.

AC condenser and evaporator coil cleaning: In a split AC unit the condenser coils are in the outside unit making dirt and dust a problem. Our air conditioning experts will clean the evaporator coil, condenser, and other key components of your AC unit.

Coolant level check AC unit: Our AC experts will check the coolant level (Freon) to make sure your unit is running for longevity. If the coolant is not correct in the unit the condenser coils will drop below the ideal temperature and the AC unit will stop cooling.

Our AC professional will check for water leakage from all pipes and tubes within the unit and remove any debris that is inside. This AC service is required annually to ensure no surprise issues.

Refrigerant level check AC unit: Our AC experts will check the Refrigerant (Freon) level to make sure your unit is running at maximum efficiently. If the Freon level is not correct in the unit the condenser coils will drop below the ideal temperature and the AC unit will stop cooling.

AC Drain: Our AC technicians will check for any signs of water leakage around drain pipes and tubes within the unit and blowout or remove any debris obstructing proper drainage.
